Unlike most water
make-up systems that pressurize the system with municipal water, Constant
Flow tanks replace lost fluid pressure with the same fluid that is in your
system. For example, if your system
uses a propylene glycol solution, the Constant Flow tank will be holding
constant pressure with a propylene glycol solution, not water. Constant Flow tanks also
work as an expansion tank to absorb and release pressure as necessary.

Constant Flow
tanks are available in a variety of sizes, and are custom sized to meet
your application needs. Constant Flow
tanks are designed for all sizes of loop systems, from small residential
models, to large commercial/industrial tanks. Constant Flow
tanks take the worry out of loop systems, decrease callbacks, and are much
more economical than conventional pressurization and make-up water
systems. Constant Flow does not
reduce the anti-freeze level in a system.

Constant Flow
uses water pressure, from a municipal water system or well water system to
pressurize a tank full of anti-freeze. This pressure then places anti-freeze, under pressure, on the loop
system. In no way does the
municipal or well water come in contact with the anti-freeze. This eliminates make-up water systems pushing
water into the loop system, diluting the anti-freeze solution. This system also keeps a constant pressure on
the system, to allow for expansion and contraction of the piping system.
Constant
Flow tanks are custom designed to match the loop application, and are available
in many different configurations.
